QUERIES & BOOK PROPOSALS | Our team has read thousands of proposals and sat in dozens of pub board meetings. We know what it takes to impress an agent or a publisher. We’ll use our insider knowledge to help you write for an audience of publishing professionals, showcasing your ideas, skills, background, and networks. 

MANUSCRIPT REVIEW | We review full manuscripts to help authors see what is working well and what can be strengthened, producing a report that can help you take your book to the next level.

EDITING | We edit short-form and long-form work. Presently we accept only a limited number of book-length line editing and copy editing projects. (Learn more about the types of editing.)

PROOFREADING | Our proofreader has many years of editing experience, has read the entire 1,146-page Chicago Manual of Style, and will catch the errors that slipped through the editing process. 

Design

COVER DESIGN | Our art director, Heather, has been creating bestselling covers for nearly seven years, specializing in nonfiction and children’s books. She approaches each cover with researched strategy and finds joy in helping books find their readers.
